What is a Tactical Scapular?

Tactical scapulars are storage systems for useful items, small tools, or other mementos. They are used to carry items on your person, for easy access and can be worn over or under clothing.  The Kevlar cords on each scapular can be used as an emergency friction saw, and if equipped, strong rare-earth metal clasps can be used to fish small metal items out of hard to reach places.  The magnetic or non-magnetic clasps keep the scapulars secured around the users neck, but can be disconnected quickly in an emergency to remove the scapular.  Depending on the items carried in the Tactical Scapular, it facilitates different capabilities, but allows the user to carry important items accessibly, securely, and covertly (or overtly).

• The Original Tactical Scapular is sized to carry scapular inserts, compact cutting cards, dog-tags and other small items.

• The XL model of the Tactical Scapular is designed to carry standard size cards, such as credit cards and IDs, but can also accommodate the smaller items.

The Tactical Scapular is built to last.  It is weather resistant and durable.  Tactical Scapulars are offered in a wide variety of colors and patterns, and can be equipped with magnetic or non-magnetic clasps.  All Tactical Scapulars are constructed with 300D, 500D, 1000D, or higher density Cordura fabric material and stitched together with high strength mil-spec thread.  The transparent windows in the scapulars are made of durable vinyl plastic.  300 pound Kevlar cord is used for all Tactical Scapulars. Most importantly, the Tactical Scapular is handmade right here in the USA!
